Location: near city center. However, it was quite far from provincial goverment offices. The building itself is not on the side of busy roads. No noise pollution from the street and no near food stall; Cleanliness: pretty clean in general, whether lobby, restaurant and the room itself. There's big room for improvement in the curtain/drapes for the windows between shower and bed. A mold or stain is a deal breaker for some. Service: pleasant, friendly, and helpfull hotel staff. 24hr room service. Taste also quite good even tough I only order a midnight snack. You might want to keep your deposit receipt in a reachable place since the reception and restaurant seems lack of communication regarding deposit and room service charge. Room size: decent size Food: standard for the hotel of its class. However, the quality of the fish served can be improved tremendously. Fishbone can invites a lot of trouble. Covid measures: mask is mandatory. Hand sanitizer available at front of elevator. Buffet breakfast with casual distance between tables. Plastic gloves was distributed to guest upon entering, eventough the use is not enforced.

Nice and clean small swimming pool. Location is at the heart of the city. Staff is good.
